Rachel Fulmore RMT

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1:30pm to 7:30pm and Fridays from 10am-4pm. From a young age Rachel has been passionate about health and wellness, and it is this passion that eventually brought her to Vancouver to study at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in their 3000 hour program. Rachel has experience treating specific injuries such as ligament sprains, muscle strains and entrapped nerves. More chronic issues such as headaches, anxiety, plantar fascitis, tendonitis, scars and breathing restrictions can also be effectively treated. She may use a combination of active and passive techniques during treatment depending on the complaint. Having practiced yoga and pilates for many years and having been an athlete most of her life, Rachel integrates her sports experience into her home care recommendations. She believes that therapy should not end when you get off the table, and encourages a stretching and strengthening routine to accelerate recovery. Rachel also believes that pain is a manifestation of a deeper more rooted problem and that being conscious of poor habits and a desire to change these patterns will greatly benefit the patient. She is dedicated to identifying this root in order to achieve maximum relief. She takes a holistic approach with her work, ensuring her patients have options and receive the best possible care.
